OUR PROCESS

Only three weeks to develop your Talent with Grit!

Unlike traditional skills development or recruitment programs, we walk with Talents every step of the way. This personalised approach extends to the interview, as we proactively prepare Talents to best present themselves to you and instill them with the confidence necessary to thrive in your organisation’s environment. Above all, we provide support for Talents in their journey as they prepare to join and make a positive impact in your organisation. You will have the opportunity to interview each candidate and select the preferred one.

Once Talents are at your organisation, personal development does not stop. Talents will attend bi-weekly PDP sessions of shared peer learning experiences focusing on soft skills. This reflective process allows Talents to learn and maximize their value during the internship and understand how to best overcome workplace challenges. Our Talents will also have access to a personal mentor during their internship experiences.

We take the time-consuming recruitment element out of your hands. Based on the specific needs of your internship position, we recruit for you two Talents for every one position you would like filled. We focus on graduates who are unemployed for at least 3 months since their last exam and that display the ambition, grit, resilience and passion to learn that make them ideal candidates for growth at your organisation. We look beyond academic qualifications, finding Talents with personality traits that match your organisational values, allowing Talents to seamlessly integrate into your organisational environment and provide maximum value.

Based on your preferences, we develop a comprehensive three-week programme that prepares the chosen Talents for your internship positions. The course is tailored to the skills you believe are most important [list of 29 skills that are part of the curriculum]. The CLP is facilitated by experts, with an emphasis on unlocking Talents’ potential through an inclusive and respectful environment to help each unemployed graduate learn about themselves and express their true feelings. In this way, we provide a platform for self-development.

At the end of the internship period, you will have the opportunity to hire the talent to a full-time position. While this marks the end of the talent’s journey towards employment, it does not end the relationship between your organisation and us.
